Tailored for Impact, is an organization committed to breaking down barriers and empowering girls and young women to rise above the inequalities they face. Established in 2019, our roots run deep in a dedication to creating a world where every girl can thrive and fulfill her potential without being held back.

We define thriving as having the rights, agency, ability and resources to control one’s life course, through choices such as education, use of financial resources, partner, marriage, childbearing and profession.childbearing, and their chosen professions.

Our Beneficiaries

WE AIM TO REACH DISADVANTAGED GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN FROM MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES.

Adolescent girls and young women, who are navigating the transition to womanhood, are particularly vulnerable to harmful practices such as early marriage, gender-based violence and early pregnancy. They are often at the verge of making life-altering decisions, such as whether to drop out of school or pursue higher education and employment outside the home. At the same time, they have high potential to learn.
We target adolescent girls and young women from disadvantaged backgrounds, whether because of poverty, living in rural area, belonging to a community with cultural norms that penalize women or living in crisis situation.
